Question by Bill: I need career advice.?
Hello Community,
I have recently graduated college and I need some advice. I have a Bachelors in the Science of Economics with concentrations in both Real Estate and Finance from Wharton Business School, as well my licenses as Real Estate Sales Associate, Title insurance Producer, and Notary Public in the state of New Jersey. I was plotting to start a Title Office, but startup funds are non-existent and the market is well saturated as of now. My career dream is to be an investor and entrepreneur but money is a necessity to start anything down that path. I am very organized and determined individual who is very excellent at math, computers, and Microsoft Excel. I’m interested in Real Estate, technology, and management. I was just going to do Title work or Real Estate for money in the beginning but I have no money to advertise or gain clientèle in any timely fashion. Can anyone give me advice on a excellent way to make money and save up using any of my skills? I wasn’t looking for anything too corporate because I don’t want to be tied down in the long run and I’m not looking for the world because I only have few responsibilities as of now and am willing to take risks and am very excellent at saving money up, so it won’t take much to do a lot. Any help gang? Thanks in advance.

Find a broker to associate with and hang your hat there. See if you can find one that will not charge desk fees so your expenses are kept lower. Go in every day and work to get walk in business so you can get listing etc and start getting cash – save the cash and invest some in advertising….go from there.
