		<description>You can sell your home but it will depend on the state the home is in and if you can afford to price it lower than the comps. Also, I would like to add one more information to sell your house faster. You can rent a local billboard. This thing is not expensive and everybody can afford it. Also you could also create magnets for your car to advertise your homes of course don’t ever forget to put your contact number or else everything is useless. Sound far-fetched but it is effective.

		<description>I have a condo in Kansas City.  I live in Dallas.  The reason we bought the condo was for my husband to live in while he worked in Kansas City.  We tried everything to sell it.  Our biggest negative is that it is on the 2nd floor.  We bought the condo for $177,000 and can&#039;t sell it for $l45,000.  It&#039;s only 4 years old in excellent condition. 		<description>There is no doubt that in this market it takes a lot of ingenuity and creativity to market a home. Simply putting in on the MLS and posting a bunch of pictures won&#039;t do the trick. Many industry veterans are not used to the new rules of the game whereas agents who are newer to the industry have never known &quot;good times&quot;. It&#039;s a big adjustment for many. You make some good suggestions, to be sure. The only one I disagree with is Craiglist. It&#039;s more trouble than it&#039;s worth given the volume of calls you&#039;ll start getting (not to mention how pissed off your sellers will be) when some guy in Nigeria scrapes the listing and posts it as a rental.</description>
