Excellent post! As a Virtual Assistant, I'm proud of the diversity of services I can offer my clients. But what sets me apart is how much I care about them, their businesses AND their families. I work with my clients to ensure their ability to focus on 3 things: their clients, their business objectives and improving and multiplying their revenue streams.

I'm so happy to see that there are some out there who appreciate the value a good VA can add to their business.

I have been mixed on outsourcing. On one hand its impossible to do everything myself. But its pretty hard to find people that care as much about the business as I do. Personally I have had better luck with hiring companies that general assistants.

outsource definitely saves the time but if the organization with which you work should be enough proficient to understand your work and should be ready to cooperate with you, it is better to have an face-to-face outsource rather than going online.

Hiring an assistant for the real estate business is important, but timing the hiring is just as important. A good rule of thumb is to hire an assistant when you are doing more than 7 transactions a month. Then for every assistant your goal should be to double your workload. If you're not ready for an assistant, then a transaction coordinator is a good first step. There are even online assistants who outsource to the San Diego real estate market. So office space doesn't have to be an issue.
