I do lead generation for local business and you list is pretty much spot on, and offers a few I never thought about! So thanks for the extra tips. My favorite tip is #43- be positive! It is amazing how people will be attracted to positive people by the energy they exude. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking and attitude, it goes such a long way! also @adrifflyers this is a great idea to leverage restaurants to help create more exposure.
