With a little digging, you can come up with people that “need” to sell this house for whatever reason. WHy shouldnt you be the person to contact them and offer your help and expertise? Especially if the relatives are out of towners??? Is this an area that is kind of off limits due to the nature of you calling or dropping a mailer?
