Are you looking to expand what real estate listing sites your properties show up on? After all, it not only helps your sellers gain more exposure (and look excellent during a listing presentation!) but it also gives YOU additional exposure as well.
To help you make sure your listings are showing up online as much as possible, we’ve made a simple list of 43 real estate listing sites and classifieds sites to try out. Many of these sites automatically pull real estate listings from your Multi-list, others your broker may need to sign up for. And naturally in the case of online classifieds, there’s a few you’ll have to manually input your real estate listings. Most of them though, with a few exceptions, are 100% free to use and try.
