Thanksgiving is fast approaching and its an excellent time to reach out to past clients or your farm with a special Thanksgiving real estate postcard. I like those they look good.
It is a good business practice to stay on top of past clients and maintain that relationship. You never know they may have a referral someday! The cards look great!

For the holidays, I usually email a greeting card. It’s free and I get great response.

These are great, a large percentage of the clients we work with are moving into new homes.
You know I never thought of a Thanksgiving card before. I don’t think I have ever received one.
Which is exactly why it’s a good idea. It’s not something they will get from everyone else.
Some of those look really good, I never really receive Thanks Giving cards but I shall have to make the effort this year and send some to relatives, see how they go down.
I usually send thanks giving cards every year, and these ones look alot more thanks giving related than the ones I give
