Is there a spell where it prevents your house from being sold? Like an anti-selling spell? Just curious.
My ex-boyfriend's home was on the market from Sept. 00 to April 01. I finally did a spell to attract a buyer who would be happy in it and could afford it (NOT a compulsion spell) and it sold in two weeks. I will be using something similar to sell my current home this coming full moon (Oct. 2010).
Hi Punstressak, can you please tell me what spell you used for you ex-boyfriends house as I would like to try it to sell my parents.

I wonder if we are going to start getting agents specializing in spells. That would make for some pretty good advertising.
Manifestation spells can be very powerful, one that I recommend is a Simple Wish Spell, this is one that I have suggested to people wanting to sell their house.
Hold a candle in your projective hand and visualise your goal.
Inscribe appropriate symbols into the wax.
Hold a clear quartz crystal in your projective hand and again visualise your goal.
Place the crystal next to candle, light the candle and let it burn.
Once the candle has burnt out take the crystal, and carry it with you.
Tip - Change the candle colour according to the spells goal.

Wiccan House Selling Spell
I’m sure at some point most real estate agents will wish that if by magic they could just snap their fingers and the house will sell. Well, for anyone practicing Wicca, a Wiccan house selling spell might just do that for you.
It’s becoming surprisingly more common for sellers to try just about anything to get their home sold in this market – house selling spells and other extra measures in addition to the expertise of a real estate agent.
Of course, if a Wiccan house selling spell doesn’t appeal to you, there are many other methods of trying to get that house to spell. St. Joseph statues have been well known for years and are also believed to help expedite the house selling process.
Not being Wiccan, I’ve never used spells to sell a house, so I can’t really vouch to say a house selling spell would work or not. I have also never buried a St. Joseph statue either. But I do reckon the mindset of buyer, seller, and agent CAN make a difference.
Call it the power of positive thinking, the law of attraction, magic, or whatever you may – your attitude and your beliefs may make a huge difference in how successful you are in real estate.
If you greet everything with a negative attitude, you will find yourself being trapped in a lot of negativity! On the other hand, if you try to be optimistic, enthusiastic, and positive, you will radiate those qualities. This could have a huge impact on how your clients perceive you, your ability to handle stress, and anything else that might affect your overall mood during your real estate career.
