Free Blog Review: New Homes Section

It’s time to do another free blog review and today on our blog review stage is New Homes Section. The site started just featuring Arizona new homes but has now expanded to over 8 states with a few more in development. Today I’m going to take a look at the all of things I usually consider in my free blog reviews: design, content, and web presence.

Design

The overall design of New Homes Section is fantastic and the site is reasonably simple to navigate. I always offer up some constructive criticism, so here’s a few suggestions I would make:

  • Something on the home page that clarifies a mission statement or purpose of the site either in the header or directly under, since at first glance you might not really know what the site is about exactly
  • Larger banner or header for their map that says “Search for New Homes Now” above the text they already have now
  • Tie the Blog in More: A huge thing I noticed in the New Homes Section Blog doesn’t match the rest of the sites content, which is something I reckon is vital on most sites. At the very least, changing the blog colors from blue to green would make it seem more connected.
  • Content

The blog post content is very well written and informative. It has also been recently updated at the time of writing this review which I always like to see! The recent post on Fannie Mae Changes was well written and useful info – and even the posts in their archive from over a year ago are still excellent reads today.

    Web Presence
They’re on page 2 of Google for “new homes”, which out of over 59,000,000 listings is pretty excellent. I’m sure with a small more seo tweaking and link building they could easily compete for the top 10 pages. For “New Homes Arizona” they’re at #3, which is certainly a excellent place to be.

Overall, I reckon it’s a fantastic looking site and seems to be doing very well in just one year of being made. Thanks to Paul for letting me review New Homes Section, and if you’ve got a few minutes go check it out and learn more about new homes for sale and builders.

Finding houses that your clients like can also drastically improve how much time it takes to get a buyer to finally buy and not waste your time. If youu00e2u0080u0099re not doing so already,

Thank you for your opinion Dena and I agree. We have them up for now until we are able to sell the space to home builders or real estate agents.

Its nice but IMO the google ads crash the sites credibility.

The banner ad at the top is ok. But I would loose the google ads.

I think the webiste is very helpful in the search for a new home!

Thank you so much for the kind review. Your insight is very helpful and right on point. Thanks again and have a wonderful day!!!
