I like to see people face to face because it helps me to establish trust. Online trust is harder to achieve because we cannot see each other. It makes it all much harder. Always stay away from lead generators that require a fee up front are charging per lead. A lot of the time they end up selling the same lead to as many people as possible. The only ones I would ever consider are those who work off of referral fee only. Many of the lead generator sites really don't have much incentive to generate real leads and make their money off the up front and monthly fees they charge the REALTORS instead.
