Three Very Good Ideas For Your Real Estate Website

I had a chance today to look at a Everett, Bellevue roofing company based in the state of Washington. The site has 3 things that caught my attention that should be on every real estate professional’s website:

1. Gallery of Past Projects: Their Gallery of Roofs installed in Bothell and Mukilteo shows they have experience and probably references of past satisfied clients.  Do you have a gallery of homes sold or past projects on your website?

2. Explanation of The Process: The Bellvue Roofing Company website clearly explains exactly everything you can expect when hiring them to install a roof. Do you clearly demonstrate to your potential clients the process of buying or selling a house?

3. Online Scheduling: Within minutes you can schedule an appointment online to meet with them. As a real estate professional, this could also be useful to you. An online appointment setting function could help you land more listing appointments or meetings with buyers, not to mention seem very professional and that your time is valuable.

Judging from their website alone, if I needed a roof in Washington state, I would probably call them first. It’s professional, it’s informative, and it shows me how many fantastic roofs they’ve installed.

What do you think? Could your real estate website benefit from having all or any of these three things?

i’m a big fan of the first thing you pointed out. i think that being able to view a gallery of past projects would allow me to better gauge that quality of the company’s service, as well as increase their credibility in my eyes, if they’ve been around long and already done a lot.

I agree, those are good ideas. Also, the design they chose for their website is quite appealing. Great business!

Web design is the first thing your visitors will see. It will determine your credibility and whether or not your visitors will stay or leave. That is what most of us take into consideration so heavily. However, many of us forgot about the loading time of the page which takes about 7-9 seconds. Longer loading time will make visitors leave your site even without reading your content :D
