		<description>One trick I&#039;ve learned using MLXchange is to email your reports for clients to yourself first and then copy the link generated into your own email client (such as Outlook) and draft your email to a client in your normal email system. It looks more professional coming from you, especially if you emails contains logo and such and won&#039;t get spam blocked.</description>

		<description>Thanks for that link, I will check that out. It does take a lot of time to find out how to use these things, but it is worth knowing they are there. My biggest gripe about mlxchange is that it only works in IE - so if I&#039;m on my apple or using Firefox or Opera I can&#039;t access it!</description>
