It looks more professional coming from you, especially if you emails contains logo and such and won't get spam blocked. It does take a lot of time to find out how to use these things, but it is worth knowing they are there. My biggest gripe about mlxchange is that it only works in IE - so if I'm on my apple or using Firefox or Opera I can't access it! Thanks for that link, I will check that out.
