That's a really good tip! I do the same and can't believe I didn't think of that while writing the post - I rarely send emails from there - always to myself first just to make sure all the links work and it looks good :) Thanks for the reminder!

One trick I've learned using MLXchange is to email your reports for clients to yourself first and then copy the link generated into your own email client (such as Outlook) and draft your email to a client in your normal email system. It looks more professional coming from you, especially if you emails contains logo and such and won't get spam blocked.

Not working on firefox is totally unacceptable. I cant believe that the developers would not take that into consideration.

Thanks for that link, I will check that out. It does take a lot of time to find out how to use these things, but it is worth knowing they are there. My biggest gripe about mlxchange is that it only works in IE - so if I'm on my apple or using Firefox or Opera I can't access it!

Yes, MLXchange is very feature rich, but I still don't like it. It is not at all intuitive and takes a long time to get familiar with. Also, to make MLXchange run faster, you should also visit the MLS System Component Manager at http://okcmar.mlxtempo.com/ax/.
