I tend to think that the lead sellers are just getting in the way of the good REALTORS and then selling those leads to the not so good REALTORS. I am a little suspect of those leads. I get my leads from my title company as well as just farming to areas that have a high number of renters. There are sources who will sell junk to multiple agents and you really want to stay away from that.
