Whoa…Upstart Agent Changes Wordpress Themes

After looking at the same blog design over and over again, I usually get bored with them pretty quickly.
Today I’m trying out the brand new Blogohblog wordpress theme DailyPress. I still have a few tweaks to make but am overall very impressed with the design. I figured though since this is such a drastic change from the old theme, I better write a post about it so my readers know they’re at the right site.
I’ll be featuring some other great free wordpress themes for real estate agents on Friday, so if you’d like to Subscribe by Email you can be notified once the post is up.
I welcome any feedback on the new wordpress theme for Upstart Agent and of course I’m sure Jai over at BlogOhBlog would too.

How has your Real Estate blogging been going. As a former Real Estate agent and present web developer I’m amazed at the online marketing opportunities that could be used by agents but are not.
I don’t mean to be critical but RE agents are typically the worst marketers ever especially online.
I plan on building a proof of concept RE site soon just to see what I can do with it. Will probably strike up a deal with a local Realtor to work it. Should be interesting.

I agree Phil - agents are WAY behind on internet marketing! The ones I’ve been working with can barely check their email
Will you keep me updated with your RE project? That does sound pretty interesting.

Yeah I built a RE site for my mom years ago and did some SEO on it but she didn’t follow up on the clients it sent her because she couldn’t deal with email. Really frustrating.

Ah I like the theme. I think it fits this site well, though I’m sure you will get tired of it after a few weeks.
I am the same way, I get a theme, edit it, change it, and it keeps going on. I am only on my third long time theme, but I go through thousands that eventually get trashed.

I like the looks of the template, seems very clean. I don’t know what your site looked like before but this looks pretty good now.
