		<description>I would add one more thing: Feedback/Updates - Give the client regular feedback and Updates. The compliment I hear most from my clients is that I kept them informed through the entire process. Think about it. For the realtor, it&#039;s another real estate deal and hopefully one of many for the year, but for the client it&#039;s one of their biggest events of the year or even life. If you call and keep them up to date on all the goings on, they feel better and know that your on top of things.</description>
