Make Faxes Easier

As a real estate professional, your fax machine is one of the most crucial elements for communicating with other real estate professionals. Unfortunately when working with most buyers and sellers, they do not always have a fax machine readilly accessible.

To help make life easier for you and your clients, you may be interested in a service called MyFax.

For just $10 a month, you can easily send and recieve faxes through your email. This saves you the hassle of having to find a fax machine if you’re on the go or if the person who needs to receive a fax doesn’t have access to a fax machine.

It might seem like an extra service you may not need, but let me tell you there were many deals with out of state clients I never would have been able to complete if it weren’t for the ease of use of fax to email services. To learn more, click on the banner below:

I understand the need for a copy of a document and why faxes can be used for this, but I find it very annoying to have someone say to me, ” You can fax it to us”. Why can’t I email it to you? Why is that not the norm? Why haven’t we progressed that far?

That is so true Carol…I think this is because so many companies and people haven’t grasped that email is here to stay – That’s why programs like myfax is so useful because you can eliminate that fax/email barrier when you can’t convince them to accept the email!

I hate faxing documents, especially documents I have to get from online. It requires me to have to hook up my printer, print it out, then fax. I agree we all need to switch over to a straight email system.
