		<description>The one about going outside of your usual area is so right.  That is why we should all have a referral network for these areas.  For example, I can talk fairly well about Austin downtown high-rise condos, but don&#039;t really know them.  So I have a regular agent I refer that business to.</description>

		<description>Great information and it all totally makes sense. There are too many little mistakes that I see agents making that can really shoot your self in the foot before you even start working with this new buyer!</description>
